Martin Peters

Chairman of the Executive Board/Managing Partner

 

Martin Peters has been Managing Partner at the Eberspächer Group since 2001. He was born in Düsseldorf on August 9, 1966, and is married with two children. Following an apprenticeship as a banker (1985-1988) and studying business administration at the University of Passau (1989-1994), he worked in various positions within the credit services sector.


Involvement:

  • Member of the Executive Board of Südwestmetall and Chairman of the Neckar-Fils Regional Group (Verband der Metall- und Elektroindustrie Baden-Württemberg e.V.)
  • Chairman of the Board at RKW Baden-Württemberg (Rationalisierungs- und Innovationszentrum der Deutschen Wirtschaft e.V.)
  • Chairman of the International Advisory Board at HDI Global SE and the Regional Advisory Board South
  • Advisory Board Manufacturer Group III (Suppliers) at the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA)

Ulrike Wörz

Chief Strategy Officer

 

Ulrike Wörz has been responsible for the strategic direction and development of the Eberspächer Group as Chief Strategy Officer since July 2022. She was born in Geislingen in 1970, is married and has two children. After graduating from high school, she studied industrial engineering and then worked in various industrial positions and as a consultant at Arthur Andersen, among others. She has been working for Eberspächer in various expert and management positions since 2001.

Dominic Waldeier

Chief Financial Officer

 

As Chief Financial Officer, Dominic Waldeier has been a member of the Executive Board since July 2022. Born in Siegen in 1973, the father of two children has been Executive Vice President Finance for the Eberspächer Group since 2020. Previously, the lawyer worked for the Bayer Group and KPMG for more than 16 years.

Uwe Johnen

Chief Transformation Officer

 

As Chief Transformation Officer, Uwe Johnen is responsible for implementing projects that are critical to success. He was born in 1964 in Lammersdorf near Aachen, is married and has one child. After graduating from high school, he studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University, where he also completed additional studies in economics. He then worked in consulting for over 25 years, most recently with the Boston Consulting Group, as well as in various leadership roles in the industry.

Marcus Knödler

CEO Purem by Eberspächer

 

Marcus Knödler is responsible for the management of the Purem by Eberspächer Division. Born 1977 in Stuttgart, Knödler joined the company in 2016 and was most recently responsible for the Division's finance area as CFO. The business economist (MBA) is married and has two children. Previously, he was a member of the management board for Talis Holding and BorgWarner Europe, among others, and a deputy member of the Executive Board of BERU AG.

Jörg Steins

CEO Climate Control Systems / Automotive Controls

 

Jörg Steins is responsible as CEO for the Divisions Climate Controls Systems and Automotive Controls. He studied mechanical engineering at the University of Kassel, Germany, where he was born in 1967. The graduate engineer is married and has three grown-up children. He brings nearly 25 years of expertise in various management positions in the automotive supplier industry to this role. Most recently, he was CEO and COO of Kamax Holding.
